Khukuri Tax & Bookkeeping is a Toronto-based firm supporting small businesses and newcomers with tax filing, business registration, and bookkeeping. I led the complete development, design, and systems implementation for their online presence.
This project involved:
- Designing and developing the website and visual identity
- Securing and managing domain and VPS hosting
- Implementing Square POS for payment processing
- Creating a secure client document management system
- Integrating HubSpot CRM for client relationship management
- Building the site on WordPress using custom CSS and JavaScript
My Contribution
Web Development
I developed the website from the ground up using a dedicated VPS to ensure performance and reliability. Key responsibilities included:

Design and Branding
I produced all visual assets and designed the site layout for responsiveness and clarity. Deliverables included:

POS and Payment System
I configured Square POS to enable seamless online and in-person transactions for services such as:

Secure Document Management
To facilitate safe file exchange, I built a secure upload system for clients to submit sensitive documents, including:
- T1 tax slips

CRM Integration
I connected all client intake forms with HubSpot CRM, enabling:
